Personal Biography: Born in Queens, New York, Scott grew up all over the tri-state area. In 1990, he moved with his family to Las Vegas, Nevada. Scott received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Pace University in New York. After undergraduate school, Scott attended Thomas M. Cooley Law School in Lansing, Michigan. During law school, he did several externships, one with the Federal Public Defenders Office in grand Rapids, Michigan, and another with the Clark County Public Defenders Office in Las Vegas, Nevada. Scott has experience litigating cases involving all aspects of criminal law, construction law, personal injury, business and commercial transactions. He is also adept at providing consultation to start-up businesses, as well as drafting and negotiating entertainment contracts. Professional Activities: Scott is an active member of the Nevada Trial Lawyer Association, the Clark County Bar Association, and the American Bar Association. He is admitted to practice before all State Courts in Nevada, the Nevada Supreme Court, and the United States District Court, District of Nevada. On A Personal Note: Scott is a devoted father to his son Dominic. He is involved in amateur bodybuilding and is an avid swimmer and golfer.
