Personal Biography:
Robert has developed excellent presentation and negotiation skills from efficiently managing several different types of legal matters on a regular basis.  This multi disciplined approach to the law has enabled him to provide each client with effective legal representation.

He has proven skills in all aspects of liability litigation management, having handled thousands of liability claims from case inception through settlement or litigation. 

Robert also has a clinical medical background having worked for over eight years as a Clinical Coordinator in the Radiology Department of Lakeview Hospital in Utah while pursuing his undergraduate and graduate degree.  He became very familiar with injuries and their relation to damages.  This experience has enabled him to be able to review medical records, determine if and what type of experts would be needed and conduct preliminary evaluations of claimed damages.

Further, he has extensive experience in managing commercial/business law matters having aggressively represented numerous large corporations, small business interests and sole proprietors in a full range of legal issues.

He has well developed skills in all phases of dispute resolution, be it mediation, settlement conferences and or arbitration and litigation case management, from case inception through the discovery process, with proven experience in both bench and jury trial management.

His varied and extensive experiences have gained him respect in the legal community as both a knowledgeable and decisive arbitrator and a dynamic and skilled attorney capable of managing even the most complex of legal matters.

Professional Activities:
Robert has served as both a personally requested and court appointed Arbitrator on over 700 cases.  He has also been a CLE speaker on the topic of Arbitration and Claims.  Robert is a member of the Clark County Bar Association, the Nevada State Bar Association, the Utah State Bar Association, the Defense Research Institute and the Nevada Trial Lawyers Association.  He is an inactive member of the Registry of Radiological Technologist and the Utah Society of Radiological Technologists.

On a Personal Note:
Robert’s unassuming nature and dry wit have led him to follow the teachings of the great statesman and former president, Harry S. Truman when he said, “If you can’t convince them, simply confuse them.”  He works out at the gym daily, relishes spending time with his family and enjoys cycling and playing tennis whenever he gets the chance.
