Personal Biography: Ms. Estanislao received Bachelors of Arts degrees in International Development Studies and Political Science, with a specialization in international relations, from the University of California, Los Angeles ("UCLA"). She then attended the University of Hawaii for law school, where she served as editor-in-chief of the Asian-Pacific Law & Policy Journal ("APLPJ"), an editor of the Law Review, and an oralist with the school's Jessup International Law moot court team. She graduated cum laude in 2001 and received a certificate in Pacific-Asian Legal Studies. After graduating, Ms. Estanislao worked in the fields of personal injury, civil rights and constitutional law, criminal law, surety law, and commercial litigation. Ms. Estanislao also has experience in appellate practice before both the Nevada Supreme Court and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. Professional Activities: Ms. Estanislao is a member of the Clark County Bar, the Nevada State Bar, and the United States District Court for the District of Nevada. On A Personal Note: With the company of her best friend, a Boston Terrier named "Precious," Ms. Estanislao enjoys home renovation and garden projects. When not working on her home, she is involved with the conservation efforts of the Sierra Club of Southern Nevada and enjoying Southern Nevada’s natural beauties.
