Personal Biography:
Jason L. Johnson is a litigation associate at FMG who has been practicing Construction Defect litigation since July 2006.  Jason attended Marquette University where he majored in both Criminology & Law Studies and Political Science.  He received his Bachelor of Arts degree in 1997.  Following his undergraduate studies, Jason worked as a Private Investigator performing mainly worker’s compensation surveillance and investigations.  Prior to attending law school, Jason was employed as a Conflict Analyst with a large national law firm.

His various clients have included the following subcontractor trades: fire sprinkler systems, landscaping, window installation, plumbing, finish grading, framing, and roof installations.  He has successfully mediated numerous construction defect cases.  Jason also has experience in premises liability, bodily injury, and bad faith litigation.

Professional Activities:
Jason is a member of the California Bar, San Diego County Bar Association and is admitted to practice before all State Courts in the State of California and the United States District Court for the Central and Southern Districts of California.

On A Personal Note:
Originally from the Midwest, Jason enjoys spending time with his family and playing with his labradoodle at the various dog parks and beaches in Southern California.  Lifelong renters, he and his wife have recently begun to remodel their new condominium and are enjoying the idea of home decorating; no really.
