Personal Biography

Ms. Silverstein is a licensed attorney who focuses on general civil litigation matters. She has worked as a paralegal while putting herself through law school at firms that specialized in toxic tort defense, class action lawsuits, insurance defense and construction defect matters. Due to her years of work as a paralegal, she has developed substantial knowledge of the California Code of Civil Procedure and developing a case before trial.

Ms. Silverstein is bilingual (English and Spanish) due to her years abroad in Ecuador, Paraguay, Mexico, Argentina and Spain. She majored in Latin American Studies at Scripps College and wrote a thesis entitled, "The Other Story: The Aftermath of the 1976-1983 Argentine Dictatorship and the Jewish Community."

When Ms. Silverstein is not practicing law, she loves to dance, listen to music, travel, read and spend time with her family.
