Personal Biography
Darren has significant experience handling a variety of matters for various clients.
Before moving to Las Vegas, he worked with the San Diego Superior Court - Small Claims Division as a mediator, assisting parties in coming to resolutions regarding various contract, landlord-tenant, and liability claims.
Darren has considerable experience representing clients against various general liability claims including premises liability, personal injury, breach of contract, construction defect, product defect, trucking accidents, unfair business practices, and insurance coverage litigation.
During undergraduate studies, he solely operated two apartment buildings, while competing on the State University of New York at Buffalo ACHA Division I men's ice hockey team. While in law school, Darren was elected President of the Student Bar Association and served as the students voice for various concerns and disputes.
Darren continues to apply the same level of hard work and dedication in his litigation practice today.
