TECHNOLOGY INCREASING PRODUCTIVITY AT FMG

FMG has always been a technology-friendly firm. This stems from our desire to serve our clients as effectively and efficiently as possible. The descriptions below reflect some of the ways in which we use technology on a daily basis.

Online Billing
Our fully functional online billing system allows us to communicate with our clients immediately upon request, delivering updates as frequently as is desired. This system of billing reduces cost and operates more expeditiously than previously used methods.

Virtual Private Network
Our virtual private network (VPN) allows quick communication between our network of offices with no time lost. This VPN facilitates real time file retrieval from any of our offices by accessing our central database located in San Diego, California.

Paperless Office
Our goal is to create a paperless litigation practice. Many of our clients prefer to communicate electronically, which enables us to, among other things, utilize the best attorney for a given case irrespective of the attorney's location. The economics of an efficient law practice has mandated this approach to the firm's practice.

Online Gallery
For the past several years, FMG has been taking advantage of the many economic and practical benefits of digital cameras in taking photos intended for review by clients, insurance companies, and judges/juries. FMG will soon take the next step and make these photos available to their clients in a confidential online area by issuing a unique organization ID and login. High-resolution versions of these photos will be available for download by the organization for whom they are intended.
